That means that I have lost 10% of my body weight.  This is huge for a WW.  They give you a keychain and everything.  Once you meet your 10% goal with WW you can set your ultimate goal and become a lifetime member.  I will be the same weight that I was when I graduated high school when I finish.  I hate to use the word finish because I will never finish this. I have to say that it was not horrible.  I guess that is the best response that could be expected from a couch potato like myself.  I do have to say though that the christian music helped me tremendously.  I felt like the lyrics were telling me that I was exercising in order to serve the Lord instead of myself.  I really do feel like God wants me to be healthy instead of a huge (literally...huge) couch potato.  He gave me this body, so I need to put out much more effort to take care of it.  With that being said...I do want this for myself, but I also want this for Makayla because I don't want her to be that girl with the fat mom. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Just in case you are wondering...I am a bit sore, but it is more like a stiffness instead of a soreness.   This is not unbearable.  I am looking forward to a new day of this tomorrow.  My podcast will be the same tomorrow and Friday as it was yesterday.  The man who did the podcast is so encouraging.  He says things like "I know that this is getting harder now, but you can do it" and is constantly making comments about the music. It is interval training that will have me running a 5K in 8 weeks.  It works!  I have done it before but only did the first 3-4 weeks.  I downloaded a christian podcast that will direct me to run or walk, so I won't have to use a stop watch this time.  I am pretty sure that was my downfall last time because it is horrible to be watching the clock countdown until you're done. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Here's the plan. Nathan even liked it!  Makayla loved the sauce but spit out the chicken. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4 skinless boneless chicken breasts&lt;br /&gt;1 cup ketchup&lt;br /&gt;12 oz can diet cola&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Put chicken in non-stick skillet. Pour ketchup and diet cola over the top. Bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat and cook for 45 minutes. Uncover, turn up the heat and continue to cook until the sauce becomes thick and adheres to the chicken. It turns into the most incredible BBQ sauce and it's only 4 points per serving. I got it at a WW meeting. It was only 8 points for 1.5 cups. That is a lot of pasta, but you don't realize how much it really is until you get it on your plate. Our leader got it from cooking light magazine. I think that I am going to subscribe because it is supposed to have tons of good recipes and information.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;Ingredients&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 cup water 1 (14-ounce) can fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth&lt;br /&gt;6 ounces uncooked linguine&lt;br /&gt;1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined (could substitute chicken or just more veggies)&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 tablespoons butter 1&lt;br /&gt;(8-ounce) package presliced mushrooms&lt;br /&gt;1 large red bell pepper, cut into (1/4-inch-thick) slices&lt;br /&gt;2 teaspoons all-purpose flour&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning&lt;br /&gt;1/4 teaspoon salt&lt;br /&gt;2/3 cup half-and-half (I used fat free, and it was fine)&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;u&gt;Preperation&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Combine 1 cup water and broth in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil. I will log my progress and weight loss journal here.  I do the flex plan where I count points.  I get 21 points per day.  Doing ww is not new to me.  I actually lost 35-40#before our wedding in 2006.  Soon after that i gained it all back during the transition after getting married.  I am back on the plan now, and I go to meetings every Saturday morning at the senior citizens center here in cabot. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The thing that I love about WW is that it really is not a diet.  It is just a healthier way of eating and living.  I plan to keep the weight off this time and reaching lifetime status.  I am not hating it.  Obviously I would rather be eating McDonald's and Pizza Hut all the time, but I choose not to do that.  I could do that if I wanted to and still stay on my points daily.  That is the beauty of WW.
